I still had all my clothes on from the Volcano descent, so no road rash. I have a pretty big hematoma on my hip. I could hardly walk when I got off the bike at the end. Yesterday's run did not go as anticipated from trainings, but I am happy to have finished. (Had I run like last year, I would have been 2nd.) I know it's what these races are all about.
